RESERVATIONS
Q:CAN I CALL 24 HOURS FOR RESERVATIONS?
A:
Our online reservation system is available 24 hours a day every day of the year. You may also call our reservation line 24 hours a day at 855.618.6181 to book your room, confirm reservations or ask any questions you like about your stay at the Warehouse Hotel. You can also email us at reservations@warehousehotel.com.
Q:HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATIONS?
A:
You can make reservations by calling us at 855.618.6181 or by visiting our Registration page.
Q:WHAT ARE YOUR RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?
A:
If you need to cancel a reservation, we require 48 hours’ notice. If notice is not provided within 48 hours, you will be charged for the room you have reserved.
Q:IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?
A:
There are times when we may require a minimum stay, but that is not usually the case. Minimum stays, when applicable, will be reflected in our reservation service. Please call for more information if you have any questions about your plans or email us at reservations@warehousehotel.com.
Q:DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR CHILDREN?
A:
No. Our rates are based on standard occupancy levels, however, so some additional guests may result in extra charges.
Q:DO YOU OFFER AAA OR AARP DISCOUNTS?
A:
Yes, we offer a $5 discount off of the rack rate for AAA and AARP members.
Q:LOOKING TO MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR RESERVATION?
A:
If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, log in to your account to make adjustments. For assistance, please call 855.618.6181. Please note that if you need to cancel a reservation, we require 48 hours’ notice.
AMENITIES
Q:IS INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE?
A:
Yes, free Internet is available for guests of The Warehouse Hotel throughout our facility.
Q:DO YOU HAVE ALLERGY FRIENDLY ROOMS?
A:
We provide hypoallergenic bedding, linens and laundering in all of our hotel rooms. We do not have dedicated allergy-free rooms.
Q:IS LAUNDRY AND VALET SERVICE AVAILABLE?
A:
Laundry service is available for a fee. We do not have valet service, but our front desk staff will be happy to help you in any way they can.
TRANSPORTATION
Q:IS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO THE WAREHOUSE?
A:
Transportation is available to our hotel through our list of car service partners for a fee. Call us at 855-618-6181 or email reservations@warehousehotel.com for details.
Q:IS FREE PARKING AVAILABLE?
A:
Yes, free parking is available onsite in areas designated for hotel guests.
